I needed my car removed from my apartment parking lot before a towing company hauled it away (it was orange stickered for tow away) I called just before this company closed and the driver was able to get to me within an hour and payed me cash for my old car. This is a much better option than letting my car go to impound and receiving nothing. He even helped me carry my belongings up to my door.
